Our Customer Success Portal has moved!

The unification of the awesome Saba and Brilliant Halogen Support teams has yielded a new, one-stop shop for all your Support needs.

Please visit our Saba Support Portal at to access Saba-Halogen Support tickets, training and knowledge base articles.

First-time access to the Saba Support Portal will require a new password. Saba Support Portal accounts have been created for all active users from the Portal, and a new password has been sent to their registered email. New passwords can also be requested on the Saba Support Portal with the “Forgot Your Password” link.
